How to Order
Placing an order with Book Byte only takes a few steps:
- Browse our catalogue and add your chosen books to your cart.
- Head to checkout and enter your delivery address and contact details.
- Choose your payment method — Cash on Delivery, card, or bank transfer.
- Confirm your order and you'll receive a confirmation via email/WhatsApp, followed by tracking details once it ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with every order. If a book arrives damaged, isn't what you expected, or you simply change your mind, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery — as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp, email, or the Contact Us page, including your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm your return and share pickup or drop-off instructions — you can send the item back via courier or drop it at our Lahore office.
- Make sure the book is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags/labels intact.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (or as store credit, if you prefer) within 5–7 working days.
- Return shipping costs are covered by Book Byte only if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How to Exchange an Item
- Reach out to our support team within 7 days of delivery, letting us know which item you'd like to exchange and what you'd like instead.
- Send the original item back to us in unused, original condition — we'll confirm pickup/drop-off details with you.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we'll dispatch your replacement item at no additional shipping cost (subject to stock availability; if the new item costs more, we'll share a payment link for the difference).
